What time can registered vehicles arrive?
From 7:30 am.

What time can registered vehicles leave?
From 4pm. If you need to leave early please notify a traffic marshal on arrival and you will be directed to somewhere you can leave safely.

What time can vendors arrive?
Vendors can arrive from 6:30am and must be setup and all vehicles parked in the vendor carpark by 8am. We cannot guarantee parking your vehicle at your site if it is not used for selling your products. We also cannot guarantee re-entry should you choose to exit from the lakehop entry site. 

How much is it to attend if I'm not registering a vehicle?

Am I allowed to bring my pet?

Yes as long as it is on a lead.​

What happens if it rains on the day?
The event will go ahead rain or shine.​

Who is this event run by?
All organisers are volunteers from the wider Mangakino community.

​Where do the proceeds from this event go?
100% of proceeds are donated to organisations within the Mangakino community.
